We are looking for a reliable and proactive Casual IT Desktop Support Technician to provide remote technical support and system administration for our organization. This role will focus on managing day-to-day IT support requests, administering systems and applications, and ensuring continuity of IT services. The position will also provide vacation coverage for full-time IT staff, requiring flexibility and strong independent problem-solving skills.
Schedule: Part-time, remote position (approx. 8–15 hours per week, with additional hours during vacation coverage).
